| Dr. Ramesh Singh is an Indian national who currently holds the position of Principal Scientist & Head-ICRISAT Development Centre under the Global Research Program on Resilient Farm & Food Systems, ICRISAT. He earned his Ph.D from the GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar, India, and has 25 years of research and development experience in the areas of landscape resource conservation following land resource inventory and hydrology-based approach. He has high-level expertise in designing a range of cost-effective rainwater harvesting structures considering landscape terrain. | ||
