On 17 October 2025, ICRISAT’s Global Research Program – Resilient Farming Systems (RFS) hosted its Quarterly Rewards & Recognition program, celebrating high-performing staff for the first two quarters of the financial year 2024–2025. Dr Rebbie Harawa, Africa Director and Global Research Program Director for RFFS, presented the ‘Star of the Quarter’ awards, commending the recipients for their exceptional dedication, commitment, and impact on the program’s goals.
The awardees, recognized from across various grades and clusters, included Ramesh Jaya, Lakshmi J, Munmun Dihudi, Nyasha Makaya, Nagaraju B, Pranuthi Gogumalla, and Kaushal Garg. Their diverse roles spanned Digital Agriculture, Natural Resource Management, and Climate Adaptation, highlighting the program’s wide-ranging efforts.
